Technical Specification of IUI Workstation:-
- Construction: Complete of Mild Steel coated with rust resistant epoxy powder coated Or High Bared Epoxy Paint.
- Work Table: Made up of Stainless Steel.
- Air Filtration: Two Times Filtrations.
Filters :-
(a) Main Filter “HEPA” with air-borne Particles count 0.3 Micron and with efficiency of 99.99%
with cold DOP and 99.97% with hot DOP Test.
(b) Pre Filter fiber cloth 10 micron
Blower: With brush less Imported Blower noise free and 0% Vibration
Illumination: with the help of fluorescent Light provide approx 600 Lux &UV Germicidal Light .
Side Flexi Glass: both side flexi glass window.
Control Panel: ( Microprocessor Base Control Panel with LCD display of every parameters ) i.e.
(c) Independent on/off of each parameters.
(d) 5 step air flow control
(e) 2 Nos. Extra socket for accessories.
(f) Air Pressure parameters in CFM
(g) Display for main Filter Life .
Indication alarm when main filter need to change.
Maximum electric Load: Maximum electric Load 300-400 Watts.
