• Featuring a powder-coated CRCA steel exterior and an interior made of 304-grade stainless steel, this container has a total of three walls for added durability.
• All GMP MODELs have interiors made of 316-grade stainless steel and exteriors made of 304-grade stainless steel with a matte finish.
• Silicone rubber gaskets are safe for use with food and provide excellent sealing.
• A microprocessor-based PID temperature controller and a PT-100 sensor maintain a steady temperature.
• High-quality Nichrome wire heating elements are installed along the chamber’s side walls.
• An electric fan mounted on top of the oven provides fresh air.
• Shelves can be removed and replaced with SS rods.
• The temperature can go from five degrees Celsius above room temperature to two hundred and fifty degrees Celsius.
• Accuracy of temperature: within 1 degree Celsius or better.
• For added peace of mind, we’ve included a Capillary Thermostat to deal with temperature spikes in the event that the PID Controlling system fails.
• Accepts inputs of 230 V AC, single-phase, 50 Hz.
