The High Low Humidity Test Chambers from Getrus are corrosion test chambers that are used to simulate high or low humidity conditions for testing the rust preventing capacity of various oils and greases. The rust proof Humidity Test Chambers are double walled equipment that feature an inner bladder made up of SS 304 stainless steel plate and an outer bladder made up of plastic coated A3 steel plate. The gap between the walls is filled with super thin glass Fiber for increased thermal efficiency. The chamber door is provided with a refined silicone rubber seal that seals the working chamber from external contaminants and temperature fluctuations once the door is closed. The chamber door is also provided with an observation window to allow constant monitoring of the test specimen while the unit is operational.
These High Low Humidity Test Chambers uses an electric heater comprising of IR Ni-Cr alloy for faster heating and a highly efficient, oversized cooling system that uses non-CFC refrigerants for efficient cooling. The active humidification system includes an aerosol humidity generator with humidity controllers for maintaining the desired humidity levels. These test chambers are also equipped with a wide array of safety features including an adjustable over-temperature protection function that prevents the working temperatures from rising beyond the set limits, presence of temperature fuse wire, prevention of overheating of fans and motor and phase reversal in case of failure, to protect the equipment.
