GETRUS Class III Biosafety Cabinets are fully enclosed, ventilated cabinets of gas-tight construction. Operations are conducted through attached rubber gloves while the cabinet is maintained under negative pressure at least 0.5 inches water gauge. Supply air enters through HEPA
filtration, and exhaust air passes through two HEPA filters installed in series before discharge outside the facility.
